General questions

Correct a listing
Include the business name, its ChimneyScout profile link, the information that needs changing, and a supporting source if available. You can also use “Report a listing issue” on a business profile. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents.
Claim your business
Use “Claim your listing” on the homepage or the business profile to sign in or create an account. Tell us your relationship to the business and submit the request for review. Basic claims are currently free.
Account and privacy requests
Email info@chimneyscout.com with the subject “Account help” or “Privacy request.” Tell us what you need help with. We may ask for information needed to verify that a request concerns your account; never email your password.
Contacting a professional
For appointments, estimates, service questions, or an existing job, contact the provider using its profile. ChimneyScout does not currently submit quote requests to multiple providers. Availability and pricing are determined by each business.
